Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@petnestpets.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, grooming tools that have been used cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@petnestpets.com
