Shipping Policy

At PetNest, we're committed to getting your pet's favorite products to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — Rates calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — Rates calculated at checkout
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to all 50 US states. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@petnestpets.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. PetNest is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@petnestpets.com and we'll do our best to make the correction before shipment.

Delays While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, PetNest is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
